Vacancy Portel (Digital Services Center) provides information and assistance with government job forms and other digital services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

📌 1. Service Cancellation
Clients can request a cancellation of service only if the process (e.g., form filling or application submission) has not yet been initiated by our team.
- Once the application process has started, no cancellations will be accepted.
- Requests for cancellation must be made via email within 2 hours of payment.
📌 2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If you paid twice for the same service.
- Technical Error: If payment was debited from your account but the transaction failed on our end.
- Service Not Provided: If we are unable to process your request due to internal reasons.
Note: Government exam fees are non-refundable once the payment is made to the official portal.
📌 3. Refund Process
Eligible refunds are processed within 5-7 working days and will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
📌 4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after the application is submitted.
- Rejection of application by the government authority.
- Incorrect data provided by the user leading to form error.
